Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Listva, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Listva is intended for personal plant care tracking, plant organization, and AI-assisted plant analysis. You agree not to use the service in ways that are unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or that interfere with other users or the product itself.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain premium features are available through paid subscriptions. Listva may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month, and yearly subscriptions renew automatically every year.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Deleting your Listva account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled by the platform through which you subscribed.

AI Features

AI analysis in Listva is provided for informational plant care support only. Results may be incomplete, probabilistic, or inaccurate. You should use your own judgment before acting on any AI suggestions.

Intellectual Property

The Listva app, design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Listva. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or used the service in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.
