Service Providers

We may rely on third-party services to operate Listva, including cloud hosting, authentication tools, subscription infrastructure, platform billing providers such as Apple App Store and Google Play, and AI processing providers. These providers help us process plant scan requests, restore purchases, verify subscription status, and keep the service reliable. We do not receive full payment card details from Apple or Google.

Data Retention

We retain account and plant data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal data unless a limited retention period is required for security, financial, or legal reasons.
