Account Deletion Request

Use the form below to prepare an account deletion request email. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel your subscription in the respective store separately.

What deletion means

  • Your account access will be removed.
  • Your plant profiles, photos, care history, and AI-linked content may be deleted or anonymized.
  • We may retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, subscription reconciliation, or legal obligations.
